Job Title: SAP HANA Expert

Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

Experience Required: 8+ years (minimum 5 years in SAP HANA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Expert with proven expertise across Finance, Human Capital (HC), Material Management (MM), and Real Estate modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, functional understanding, and hands-on experience in delivering complex SAP HANA implementations, migrations, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP HANA projects, focusing on Finance, HC, MM, and Real Estate modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Optimize HANA models, database objects, and integration points for high performance.
  • Develop, configure, and enhance SAP functionalities to meet business objectives.
  • Perform data modeling, data provisioning, and reporting using HANA tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years specifically in SAP HANA.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • SAP Finance (FI/CO) – financial accounting, controlling, reporting.
  • SAP Human Capital (HC) – payroll, time management, personnel administration.
  • Material Management (MM) – procurement, inventory management, logistics.
  • Real Estate (RE) – property management, lease administration, asset tracking.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HANA Modeling, SQLScript, Calculation Views, and CDS Views.
  • Solid understanding of SAP integration (SLT, SDI, SDA) and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
