Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

As a key member of our financial leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to drive strategic financial planning and analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
  • Prepare and present complex financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 12-17 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
