Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) process and be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial transactions
  • Maintaining and updating hierarchies in the general ledger
  • Managing cost centers
  • Recording and controlling physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets
  • Preparing financial and ad hoc reports and analyses
  • Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses
  • Posting bank statements on a daily basis
  • Performing month-end close activities
  • Reconciling balance sheets and preparing cash flow statements
  • Managing inter-company processes and ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Graduates or postgraduates with 4-8 years of relevant work experience
  • College graduates with finance or accounting degrees
  • End-to-end knowledge of record to report process
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and result orientation
  • Good domain expertise and understanding of ERP systems
