This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analyst / controlling functions, be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and have knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred), Business Warehouse, PowerBi.

  • Provide strategic support to functional leadership by developing and tracking transformation initiatives in line with the functional strategy.
  • Support the Functional Leadership team to improve process and achieve functional excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver insightful and actionable financial reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage and mitigate business risks and opportunities to deliver exceptional financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for functional P&L analysis and B/S accounts management.
  • Review and monitor functional cost development (operations, one-offs, projects).
  • Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial processes (month end closing, quarterly forecast, annual budget).
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting through collaboration with accounting and other finance departments.
  • Implement and maintain robust SOX and internal controls to ensure timely cost recognition.

What You Bring

  • Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial analyst / controlling functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a driver of change.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
