Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst to facilitate month-end processes and propose correction GL postings.

This role is ideal for individuals with 4-8 years of experience in the R2R domain, strong accounting and reconciliation skills, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Peoplesoft.

The selected candidate will work closely with the onsite team to ensure seamless execution of month-end tasks and provide expert guidance on journal entries, reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate month-end processes to ensure timely completion
  • Propose correction GL postings to maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide expert guidance on journal entries, reports, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to achieve common goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-8 years of experience in the R2R domain
  • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Peoplesoft
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an added advantage
