Incentive Compensation Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about building high-impact compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of incentive compensation platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements.
- Configure incentive compensation platforms based on client needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
- Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
- Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with incentive compensation platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, quota design, and performance management.
- Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
