Job Title: Relationship Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Professional to manage relationships with clients and partners, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship.
- You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored solutions.
- You will identify potential customers who can be sold customized financial products to enhance product penetration.
- You will acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 Years' experience in handling MFD / IFA / any Financial Products.
- A strong understanding of the finance industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage sizable clients.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Deal closure ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributors
- Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Sessions to upcoming / Existing FPDs
- Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams
Business Development:
- Providing Training on Product Availability to Partners
- Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meetings, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications
- Establishing Strong Relationships with Partners, IFAs in assigned geographies and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps in their business growth.
