Effective Client Liaison and Growth Specialist

Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving business growth through strategic networking and market research.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management.

">Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships to enhance revenue streams.Identify new business opportunities through data analysis and market trends.Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote banking services and products.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively selling banking products and services.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
