Job Description

Sales Process Execution and Relationship Enhancement.

  • Drive sales growth by managing the sales process effectively, focusing on achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining and upgrading client relationships.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base for home loan and LAP channels to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business ties.
  • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Maximize the number of approved projects (APFs) and increase penetration in APF-approved projects.
  • Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.
  • Ensure seamless file processing from login stage to disbursement and coordinate with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Graduate, Master's/Postgraduate
