Job Summary:
We seek a seasoned business development professional with in-depth knowledge of the US IT contingent staffing landscape.
This role involves identifying and securing new client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to overall growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify target mid-sized to large enterprises in the US for business opportunities and forge lasting relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and existing relationships to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT resources that meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Monitor sales pipeline progress and report regularly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery/recruiting teams to facilitate timely candidate submissions and streamline the hiring process.
- 3+ years' experience in business development/sales within the US IT staffing industry (contingent staffing focus) with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and meet/exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- A robust network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US, with a deep understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong sense of urgency and hunter mentality.
