Main Responsibilities:

- To conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, opportunities, and trends in the building materials sector for architects and design professionals.">
- To develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to architects and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.">
- To prepare and submit competitive pricing proposals, including product specifications and technical documentation, to secure new business opportunities.">
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with additional certifications in sales and marketing advantageous.">
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the building materials or architectural sectors.">
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including architects, contractors, and specifiers.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.">
