We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of the US IT landscape to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, proven ability to generate new business opportunities, and a hunter mindset. They will be responsible for identifying target markets, developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, understanding client requirements, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify target markets and develop new business opportunities in mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and existing relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
- Understand client requirements and work with recruitment teams to deliver qualified IT resources.
- Negotiate and close contracts ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with delivery recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- A strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
