About the Role

This is a business generalist position that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires solving high-impact, cross-functional problems with first-principle thinking, managing key partnerships, supporting organizational level initiatives and driving business growth.

  • Solve complex, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximise revenue.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs.
  • Own and drive key partnerships.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning.

  • Context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Operate in disorder and make things happen.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability.
