Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Global Travel Industry Sales Development Specialist to drive the growth of our platform by fostering relationships with travel agents and DMCs, showcasing the value of ChatDMC, and exceeding sales goals.

About the Role:

This role involves building strong partnerships, driving adoption of our platform, and contributing to the overall growth of ChatDMC in the competitive B2B travel landscape. Success means identifying and onboarding travel agents and DMCs, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams for seamless partner onboarding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute individualized sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and negotiations with DMCs.
  • Partner Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with travel agents and DMCs, ensuring they understand the unique benefits and features of our platform.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, engage in regular communication with partners, and conduct market trend analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and continuously assess customer needs to improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach, combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies, along with a strong understanding of the DMC and travel agency ecosystem.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Travel, or Tourism (or related field), with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
