We are seeking a highly skilled and driven E-commerce Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at MarketLeap. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing SME consumer brands that align with our mission. You will gain hands-on experience prospecting and building relationships with brand owners to help them expand their e-commerce presence.

Our founders recognized the complexity and inefficiencies of marketplaces, preventing D2C sellers from focusing on their core business. We built a fully integrated software solution that empowers D2C brands to seamlessly scale across global marketplaces.
We aspire to revolutionize the e-commerce landscape in the same transformative fashion that Amazon achieved for the retail industry. We're well-funded and backed by top investors, and we're now looking for an E-commerce Expansion Specialist to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for achieving both individual and team goals by exceeding performance metrics on deals and revenue generation.
What You'll Be Doing- Prospect and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities with SME consumer brands.
- Achieve individual and team goals by exceeding performance metrics on deals and revenue generation.
- Call, email, and schedule meetings with potential brands and sellers.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot (CRM) to find accurate contact information and grow the lead pipeline.
- Drive negotiations and deal closure in line with company targets.
We're looking for an E-commerce Expansion Specialist with the following skills and qualifications:
- Masters degree from a reputable university or business school.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to build rapport over phone and email.
- Experience working in e-commerce or offline retail is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of converting leads into opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot and lead generation tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a relaxed work atmosphere and remote work options available.
