As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment needs across multiple functions, including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering candidates, with a focus on both technical and non-technical positions.


Job Description:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across manufacturing, automotive, IT, non-IT, and finance sectors. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience recruiting for specialized roles in the manufacturing and automotive industries, particularly for candidates with diplomas and B.Tech degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering. Additionally, you should have knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, as well as experience hiring for IT, non-IT, and finance/accounting roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions in manufacturing, automotive, IT, non-IT, and finance sectors.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers with diploma and B.Tech qualifications.
  • Specialize in recruiting for automotive roles, particularly those requiring expertise in CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills needed, and team dynamics.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, direct outreach, and internal databases to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, technical interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and senior management, highlighting trends, progress, and potential challenges.
  • Stay current on industry recruitment trends, new sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing and automotive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines and their relevance in the automotive industry.
  • Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering roles, with a focus on diploma and B.Tech-qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to hire for IT, non-IT, and finance/accounting roles.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate offer and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (, job boards, ATS) and other sourcing tools.
