Job Overview

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is seeking a skilled Campus Placement Facilitator to facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives for the school of Biotechnology. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Placement Coordination: Facilitate campus placements by coordinating recruitment drives, fostering connections between students and industry professionals, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals to enhance placement opportunities for students.
  • Academic Collaboration: Collaborate with academic departments to align students' skills with industry requirements, promoting employability and career growth.
  • Placement Events: Organize placement drives, seminars, and workshops to equip students with industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Career Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students on career choices, job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, sales, or related roles.
  • Skillset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to travel, ability to network effectively, and sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
  • Education: UG degree in B.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Biology / B.Sc. Microbiology / B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech. PG degree in MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • Salary Range: INR 3.60 to 6.00 Lakhs per annum.
  • Work Experience: 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Age Limit: Between 24-30 years.
