  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and talent pools to inform effective hiring strategies and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
