Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to lead project teams in the field of Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery across various disciplines.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring through strong project management skills.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure resource deployment is aligned with project deliverables and business objectives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status and timely completion.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations and financial planning.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to industry standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms to streamline project processes.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize scripts while training team members in their usage to enhance productivity.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects to meet global business requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains to drive business success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry with proven track records.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms to leverage technology.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment to drive business growth.
  • Additional expertise in Dynamo, 5D CostX, 4D Fuzor, Civil 3D, or Infraworks will be considered an advantage in driving business innovation.
