As a seasoned BIM Manager, you will spearhead the organization's Building Information Modeling strategy across multiple projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee BIM teams, develop standards, and ensure quality control. You will also integrate digital design processes and drive innovation through advanced BIM practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.
  • Lead the BIM team and coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Oversee BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards.
  • Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM software platforms and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Conduct quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
