Job Summary

As a seasoned BIM Project Director, you will oversee multiple Architecture, MEP, and BIM projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships. Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Business Growth: Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of BIM services. Leverage industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
  • Timely Delivery Oversight: Exercise oversight of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

Must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Immediate joiners preferred.
