Job Title: BIM Coordinator

A highly skilled and experienced professional is sought to lead and oversee Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards in the Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BEPs and ISO19650 Implementation: Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • Communication and Rollout: Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Group Workflows and Tools: Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Staff Training and Knowledge-Sharing: Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Project Deliverables: Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
Requirements:
  • Degree and Experience: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines. Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • BIM Expertise: Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • ISO19650 Understanding: Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
