Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our team.

  • Create construction drawings using industry-standard software and implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  2. Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
  3. Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  4. Model building FRP, GFRC products like Columns, Cupolas, Cornices, Domes, Balustrades, Entryways, and different types of cladding systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
