Job Opportunity: Service Network Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Network Expansion Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our service network, achieving service targets, and ensuring adherence to service standards across dealer workshops/branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealership Profitability:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve service targets in assigned areas, focusing on dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for primary and secondary service network expansion activities, aligning with business objectives.
    • Analyze service gaps and recommend new dealer workshops/branches, enhancing our service presence.
    • Promote sales of Bajaj Genuine Spares and Bajaj Genuine Oil through effective relationship management and targeted marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with dealers to improve customer retention targets and overall dealership profitability.
  • Capability Building:
    • Provide guidance and training to dealers on monitoring and handling their dealer networks, ensuring seamless operations.
    • Identify training requirements and organize training sessions for dealership manpower, upskilling them to meet business needs.
    • Disseminate market intelligence and coordinate with dealers in manpower recruitment, ensuring the right talent is hired.
  • Systems & Processes:
    • Ensure all dealer workshops and branches adhere to company service standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
    • Implement Total Productivity Management practices, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
    • Audit Service Quality Systems and conduct Dealer Service Standard (DSS) audits, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Enhance customer satisfaction levels in dealer workshops by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Guide dealers in resolving critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer delight.
  • Product Support:
    • Collect feedback on product performance and failures, providing valuable insights to manufacturing and R&D teams.
    • Update manufacturing and R&D teams through Root Cause Analysis, driving improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualifications: Engg- Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science or Electrical And Electronics Engineering.
  • Preferred Institution: Any Premier Institute.
  • Desired Qualification:
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years, Maximum 10 years.
