Regional Expansion Manager

The Regional Expansion Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the expansion of our Test Prep program by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
- Ready to travel across assigned territories.
