Job Title: Service Network Expansion Manager

Job Summary:

The Service Network Expansion Manager is responsible for expanding the service network in assigned areas, achieving service targets, and adhering to service standards across all dealer workshops/branches. The role involves product support to manufacturing/R&D teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor the achievement of service targets in the area.
  • Execute primary service network expansion activities, including dealership management and workshop management.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend new dealer workshops/branches.
  • Promote the sales of Bajaj Genuine Spares and Bajaj Genuine Oil.
  • Provide service support and promote referral sales.
  • Handhold dealers for customer retention targets and overall dealership profitability.
  • Build capability by providing guidance to dealers, identifying training requirements, and organizing training for dealership manpower.
  • Coordinate with dealers on manpower recruitment and execute projects as determined by the RSM/H.O.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential: Engg-Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from a premier institute.
  • Desired qualifications: None mentioned.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of experience in dealership management, workshop management, total productivity management, and product technical knowledge.
