Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential regions for business expansion.
- Build strong networks with industry partners and assess offerings by market players in the region.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive business onboarding closures.
- Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired partners.
- Monitor and maintain business retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
- Encourage partners to adopt digital solutions, reducing compliance risks and complaints. Ensure partners operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, channel sales or partner management with a strong understanding of financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
