Job Role: Transport Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the expansion of our transport network, ensuring seamless product capability validation, sign off, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize transport network expansion and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardization and innovation in processes/systems/tools.
  • Maintain stringent compliance and implement industry best practices to ensure high-quality services.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and partners to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute improvement plans, conduct regular audits, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Telecom/IT/OEM domain, with 5-7 years in handling large-scale telecom network domains.
  • Proven expertise in implementing, operating, and managing data networks and services in large service provider environments.
  • Strong understanding of service performance metrics and strategies for continual improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of large-scale and complex IP/MPLS backbone and backhaul networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
