Job Title: Technical ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with ServiceNow-related issues.

About the Role:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide exceptional support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain strict adherence to IT security policies and federal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
