Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Location: Remote

  • A highly skilled ServiceNow professional is needed to take on the role of lead and drive our organization forward.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems)
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Prepare for audits, document compliance, and train L1/L2 teams

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
