ServiceNow IRM/GRC Technical Consultant Job Description

The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance processes. Key responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance modules.

  • Design, Develop and Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and Configure ServiceNow GRC Modules: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Experience: 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.

Skills: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.

Certifications: CIS-ITSM and CIS-R&C Certification
