Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on one or more of the following core areas: HRSD (HR Service Delivery), CSM (Customer Service Management), and FSM (Field Service Management).

We are looking for individuals with expertise in other ServiceNow domains such as ITSM, Portal, CMDB, Virtual Agent, ITAM, and ITOM.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to develop and integrate custom scripts using various scripting languages. The successful candidate must be proficient in integrating multiple tools and systems to create seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom scripts and integrations to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows and automation processes.
  • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow configurations, customization, and integration.
Requirements
  • Strong background in ServiceNow with a focus on at least one of the mentioned modules.
  • Excellent scripting skills, preferably in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
