
International Sales and Business Development Manager

Cultivate key relationships with international organizations and clients to increase global reach of pharmaceutical products.
Develop strategies for expanding marketing presence, both online and offline, through in-house resources or outsourced partnerships.
Responsible for client acquisition, market development, and research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential organizations, build strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Market Development: Develop strategic plans for expanding product exports, identify high-growth markets, and evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
- Market Research: Stay updated on international market trends, conduct market research, and evaluate customer feedback.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare company is mandatory.
Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders, Named Patient Supplies, and 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactiveness in understanding client requirements and commitment to provide exceptional client service.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to different international markets and cultures.
Proficient in Generative AI tools usage, Email writing, MS Office, and international B2B client connect and online marketing tools.
