
Strategic Partnership Developer

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our partnerships network in India.
This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing strong relationships with domestic partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conducting partner meetings, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements aligned with strategic goals.
- Leading discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensuring all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Working towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Representing the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across India.
- Monitoring tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):
- Securing partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
- Establishing strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
- Delivering a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in India.
