Job Description

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year (based on location and experience)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing global team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support service requests and incidents related to IT operations (Axtria Now)
  • Daily health checks, incident monitoring, incident reports, and management
  • Laptop imaging with standard applications and AD attribute updating as per Empower Record
  • O365 Management, Zoho remote management, and inventory maintenance
  • Participation in internal and external SOC2 audits, EY incident review, and action
  • Creation of user accounts with standard app access and licenses
  • Laptop reimaging as per standard laptop hardening guidelines
  • VDI setup, asset collection, and wiping remotely
  • Taking backups based on request and license removal
  • Poly VC devices management and support
  • IT service desk/ticketing (P1/P2/P3/P4) and continuous enhancement of knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Windows, Mac operating systems, iOS, Android, and Windows mobiles
  • Working knowledge of MDM (VMware Workspace One/Intune) and basic network information security guidelines
  • BE/BTech/BCA/MCA degree and Microsoft Certified certification (good to have)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
