Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by suggesting improvements and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Discuss career development paths with managers to identify growth opportunities for employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee grievances and requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Lead the HR team and provide guidance on leadership skills and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the HR team.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and drive business success through effective people management.
