Human Resources Manager

Key Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. The ideal candidate will mentor HR teams, ensure compliance, and implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a lean team, setting clear performance indicators, balancing workloads and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visa management, deputation coordination, travel policy compliance and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys and rapid-response action plans.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Embed our organization's DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and communication.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on outreach efforts.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, metrics, complex escalations, data integrity and HR-tech optimizations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institution.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
