About the Role:
The Area Sales Executive position at Odisha Job Consultancy requires a dedicated individual to drive sales and achieve targets in their assigned geographical area. This is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned area
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote company's products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Prepare sales reports and present to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with 1 year of sales experience or MBA in Sales and Marketing fresher
- Sales skills with a passion for achieving targets
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of channel sales, dealer sales, and distributor sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bike is compulsory and Driving licence is mandatory for this post
