Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic initiatives and oversee the Total Rewards function for our organization. This position requires a high degree of business acumen, analytical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to shape and deliver people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a human capital perspective.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that drive alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal cycle and ensure reward programs meet business standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with senior leaders, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school or equivalent experience.
