Job Position in Oracle Fusion HCM

We are seeking a seasoned expert with superior communication and technical expertise in human capital management modules.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM technical or functional consultant
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and familiarity with EBS
  • Knowledge of process workflows, setup, and common solutions to modules known in human capital management
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as extracts, data management, business intelligence, application security, workflows, and page customizations
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective support of enterprise human resources processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Core HR, absence management, payroll, talent management, time and labor, health and safety, or HR help desk (at least three modules of working experience is mandatory)
  • Ability to write/debug Oracle HCM absence, compensation, payroll extracts, and fast formulas

This position requires full-time commitment.
