Job Title: Cloud HCM Functional Expert

Oracle HCM Cloud is a leading cloud-based human capital management platform, providing comprehensive solutions for payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud HCM Functional Expert with minimum 6-8 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Identify as-is processes and design to-be processes
  • Develop functional design specification documents
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  • Work with small and large teams to deliver implementation projects

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Ability to build and review functional design specification documents
  • Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  • Knowledge of the lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
