Job Overview

As an Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist, you will lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements.
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • System Testing and Validation: Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Benefits Administration: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Technical Solutioning: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Certification: Oracle certification preferred but not required.
