Job Title: Time Management Specialist

Duration: One year (contract) with a possibility of extension.

Experience: 10+ years in similar roles.

Location: Remote, preferably Pan India.

Work Mode: Flexible and remote-friendly.

About the Role:
  • Implement and manage Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system configuration aligns with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Time and Absence configurations.
  2. Provide expert-level support for system upgrades and patches.
  3. Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems.
  4. Develop and implement business processes aligned with time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
  5. Analyze and resolve complex system issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Time & Absence configuration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence is a plus.
