Technical Consultant Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with our team to gather business requirements, design solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas, and collaborate on Functional User Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements of OTL functionalities, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and create functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Participate in Functional User Testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
