Oracle SOA Specialist Opportunity

Seeking experienced Oracle SOA and HRMS technical professionals for freelance integration and development projects in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations with EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies
  • Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits)
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP)
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity
  • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP)
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations
  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
  • Experience with cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems)
