Job Title: Oracle Fusion Business Solutions Expert

Role Overview

This role is focused on the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications to drive project success.
  • Develop solutions that meet client needs, including writing OTL fast formulas.
  • Promote a culture of quality through thorough Functional User Testing and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide expert-level production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

This position requires a deep understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build effective solutions.

Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of OTL functionalities, data modeling, and reporting. Additionally, expertise in configuration management and version control systems is highly desirable.
