We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands through strategic paid media campaigns.

About the Role
  • This key position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for D2C brands and will be able to manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Improve ad funnels (from click to purchase) to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to enhance website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with performance marketing platforms and tools.

  • Ability to build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
  • Experience with creative teams to guide ad content (videos, static ads, UGC, influencer collabs).
