Job Title: Senior Manager Consumer Activation

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our consumer activation team.

About the Role:

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business outcomes through activation and event marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual set of activities/calendar and drive execution and measurement of campaigns
  • Ensure clear strategy and role of activation for each sub-brand to achieve business objectives
  • Build a comprehensive consumer database and retarget consumers in future initiatives
  • Promote rural and higher participation in Mela/Fairs and explore regional festivals
  • Optimize costs - negotiation, cost-effective models
  • Identify new touch points to engage/sample/sell
  • Create innovative campaigns using technology - AR/VR/Meta/Gaming or other key technologies and drive measurable results
  • Maintain a continuous consumer database creation process - cover behavioral questions/feedback questions
  • Manage agency relationships - new agencies/specialized agencies/regional agencies
  • Highlight best practices done in the area of activation and digital activation projects

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of activation and event marketing principles
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent collaborative, partnership, and team-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute plans within desired timelines and budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics like productivity, sales lift, brand health etc
