About the Role

This is a senior-level visual design position responsible for driving the design strategy and execution across marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design best practices, and experience leading high-performing design teams.

Key responsibilities include defining and evolving visual and interaction design direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences, and managing design projects from concept to delivery.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in UI/UX design, strategic thinking, and communication skills to align stakeholders.

Additionally, they will be passionate about high-quality visual design, typography, and user research. Experience with Saa S products and working with international teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Strategy & Direction: Define and evolve the visual and interaction design direction for all marketing touchpoints.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication.
  3. Design Delivery: Manage the planning, tracking, and timely delivery of design projects across multiple initiatives.
  4. Research & Insights: Strengthen user research and usability testing practices to inform data-driven design decisions.
  5. Process Improvement: Develop and optimize design processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency and consistency.
  6. Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop design talent; foster a strong design culture and build the next layer of leadership within the team.
  7. Design Consistency: Ensure a unified experience and visual language across all digital marketing platforms.
  8. Community Engagement: Champion design at this organization by contributing to hiring, team engagement, and growing the external design community.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
  • Proven track record leading website redesigns, brand revamps, or large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Prior experience with Saa S products and working with international teams.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and impactful visual storytelling.
