Job Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. You'll drive ideas from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality, and create systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Design and deliver polished user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
